When we reach the hotel, NO ONE came to our taxi to pick up our bags.we got 2 bags and a baby pram.Even when the taxi driver alerted the guard at the door,he seems reluctant.I had to drag my bags all the way to the second floor for registration. room was ok but I couldn't see the outside street.the moment i slide the curtain,all my family saw walls and windows from other room.how disappointed we were,eventhough we had requested in our online reservation to have at least KLCC view.

Desk staff very impersonal & unfriendly. Could not even grant late check-out on Sunday afternoon. Attitude is "Take it or leave it." Only inner room available i.e. no view from window on non-smoking floor.

On 14June, left the room at 0900hr & come back to the hotel at 1930. The room was not made up. Phone housekeeping, apology extended but need to check with reception. Phone duty manager, apology extended, but accused us of advising them that we only have reservation for a night.Waited for h/keeping to complete making up the room till 2100hrs. We were not able to use the shower until then. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. Before check out next morning, enquired from front office staff, what is reflected in their computer the number of nights reserved, responded 2 nights. So a duty manager that did not have the fact yet making wild accusation without acknowledging the staff mistake. I was a trainer in SIA cabin crew division and have stayed in so many hotels all over the world, this is definately the worst treatment that I encoutered in my 35 years in service industry. Nowadays with TV size that have gone up to 52", the TV size in your room is equvalent to the hotel in underdevelop cities, eg. Kathmandu, Male or Manila.

The only thing that spoilt my stay was the loud noise from the cooling fans in an adjacent building that could be heard 24 hours - quite distracting.

Street Noise especially from loud speakers is uncomfortable. Sound proof windows with vacuum sealed, double glazed windows may help.

Hotel front desk staff not friendly. The lady who cleaned our room was exceptionally kind. The room we stayed in had no view. It faced in airwell. So it took longer to get over jet lag.

I would have preferred milk than powder. I didnt find 2 coffee sachets sufficient. Poor quality on television stations, most I couldnt get.

Staff are not friendly & helpful wherelse no breakfast is provided & happens that all the shops & eatery open so late. Should increase the level of the air-con, as it hardly can feel the air-con.

Requested for a 1 large bed for double & 1 single bed for daughter but got 3 single beds. Husband was upset because we were told, our credit card has only 200 MR credit when we have much more than that. We could not use our credit card when we arrived. I booked with breakfast included but was not given tokens for breakfast for the morning and I had to go upstairs to get the letter to prove it. carpet needs cleaning, bathroom needs maintenance, no view to our room although requested ahead.

Heritage Floor excitement faded as we were given a room on another floor after we showed that we have requested for an extra bed. Frontdesk did not seem to know about so many things. SAD.
