This was the first time we stayed at the hotel. The room allocated to us did not have a view that we would have allocated to a tourist. Although there was nothing wrong with the bed we found it quite hard to what we are used to.

Should provide proper washing facilities not only toilet paper inside the wash room

We wish to have sports channels when we return next time. Pls also provide a more details city map. Additional extra pillows will be ideal.

Generally impressed with the hotel even though we were disappointed with our room on our second visit. The front of the hotel is not very convenient for people with baby strollers. Very little information was available about places to see and do in KL. We had to find the markets in China town ourselves even though we asked at reception. Room 925 was dirty. Our towels had dirt marks on them. The toilet was pulled from the wall and leaked water. The bathroom filled with cigarette smoke from the vent, as neither of us smoked it was very uncomfortable. There was no tea and coffee provided even though it was promised. We complained about it and still none was bought to our room. I had to go and track down room service myself.

Its difficult to find the reception area. The service level is poor. There is no carpark within the hotel and i will not want to stay at this hotel again.

The rates were higher than expected, probably because of weekend. A very busy place. not much time for personal service. Good location for shopping. Room generally ok. A few minor things were missing. The missing bits were not supplied in spite of request.

Overall good. The bad furniture etc is made up by the location and the courteous staff. Internet connectivity only on selected floors. The room was large and roomy. Nice view. However, the furniture looked old. The wardrobe shelf was falling down. The toilet faucets were coming off. But overall, was not bad.

Excellent location! In the heart of bukit bintang and 3 minutes from Jalan Alor. There were no towels when we checked in and there was no air con thermostat to be found. The 'low/ med / high' buttons by the bedside were broken and we froze through the night.

The reception staff was excellent. We didnt not have towels when we first check in .

Although we had made a reservation more than 2 weeks ago, our rooms were not ready till 4:30pm. To make matter worse, when we asked for a late check out at 2:00pm, the reception said they were going to charge us after 1:00pm.

In the last stay 6 and 7 Dec 05, the 2 adjoining corner rooms were great.

Room is big and spacious. The bed given was a King size, very happy with it.

Equipment is not in good condition

Great location and when we had a problem with the safe and key card we were promplty looked after - the staff service made the hotel seem a lot better - just needs upgrading. First nite - cockroaches in bathroom - not nice ! No facecloths or handtowels in Bathroom provided. Sheets have holes and small tears in them.
