Receptionists were not so friendly. When we arrived at about 9.30 am after a tiring night train journey from Singapore to KL but we were not even greeted with a smile. When we came back to the hotel to check in at about 12.30 pm, we were told to line up again to get our room key even though we have registered ourselves. The receptionist did not even try to be nice or smile. Toilet Flush was not working properly. Called Housekeeping but nobody came to repair. Called Housekeeping 2nd time, then somebody came to repair. But problem existed after we used the toilet a few times. Please take a look into this issue. Thanks.

Internet too expensive as I use a lot

Long que during checkout 12.15 hrs (24/3). Only one person manning the counter. We were rushing for our 14.30 hrs flight. Air-con controller not functioning. Too cool at night, have to cover the air-cond window with paper to stop the cool air coming in. My daughter's nose got bleeding at 4 am, could be due to the room temperature.

the carpark was way out of the hotel. the front desk staff were not warm and polite at all. the room is spacious for my kids to play about.

Checking out has took too much time. The following would need to be replaced:

Car park problem. Aslo the proceedure to use the car park coupon should be revised to the advantage of the guess. E.g Hotel reception to validate ticket for muliple entry / exit.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable. I wish I could spend more days in KL.

Room a little run-down

No movie channels despite being advertised

Upon confirmation of the room, my partner requested to have a king bed for 2. After checkin, we realised that it was not as requested. The receptionist's explanation was that only upon availability during checkin. I'm not kicking a fuss here. What I'm impressed on the service was on the following day, chee keong (if i think that's his name) from the front desk rang my room and offered me the room we requested. When I asked to view the room, the request was willing obliged. Even though it was just a day before we leave, it does make a huge difference in what we wanted. Many thanks for making it such a memorabble stay with you. The bed was comfortable, however the pillow gave my partner and myself an uneasy sleep. Could be we were not used to the pillows the hotels are using.

The food was excellent and personnel in general was very friendly. It seemed to us that the reception had not enough staff to cope with the number of people checking in, and at several occasions we had to wait a few minutes just to get our key to the room. Apart from that all was well. No complaints about the room.

Price is not competitive. The water in the swimming pool is dirty.

Shuttle bus from hotel to twin tower or airport Everything OK

Breakfast should be included, no matters of peak or not peak period in order to be more competitive. Should provide 2 double beds instead of 1 double and 1 single.
