The lady who cleaned our room was exceptionally kind. The room we stayed in had no view. It faced in airwell. So it took longer to get over jet lag.

I didnt find 2 coffee sachets sufficient. Poor quality on television stations, most I couldnt get.

Should increase the level of the air-con, as it hardly can feel the air-con.

Husband was upset because we were told, our credit card has only 200 MR credit when we have much more than that. We could not use our credit card when we arrived. I booked with breakfast included but was not given tokens for breakfast for the morning and I had to go upstairs to get the letter to prove it. carpet needs cleaning, bathroom needs maintenance, no view to our room although requested ahead.
