For every viist, i will definitely book room reservation with Federal Hotel as the location is excellent. Very convenient for my spouse to shop around. But as for the hotel rate, i believe to have a better quality stuff in the room. Overall still very pleasant to stay at. Customer service and location worth paying:-)

Room is very large but they could use a little bit of renovation, especially in the carpet. Nevertheless, the room is clean and service is good.

I regret to say that the facilties and hygience of the hotel is getting worse, wardrobe door dropping, crocoaches in the room, light in the bathroom not working, pillow smells of human oil and i need to keep changing room for 3 times just for a 2 nights stay recently. I am quite disappointed.
