easy to find hotel, situated at bintang walk

Checking counter - gives a poor service, do not feel home when you check in Since there is no Car park in the building, the service of the Security is not appealing.

I am not impressed of this hotel when I entered into the lobby. I feel is too heavy and traditional concept. However, the superior room is comfortable.

1) star one..is so near to golden city area 2) star two ..for those with who drive have car park 3) star three .. room service is helpful 4) star four .. really a good accomodation for those like shopping 5) star Five - those count down street is beside you.. this is my god father hotel..of cos is a good hotel.

I have been travelling to KL quite often (at least twice or thrice a year) during school holiday. For every viist, i will definitely book room reservation with Federal Hotel as the location is excellent. Very convenient for my spouse to shop around. But as for the hotel rate, i believe to have a better quality stuff in the room.

Overall still very pleasant to stay at. Customer service and location worth paying:-)

The hotel is located in a very good location. Room is very large but they could use a little bit of renovation, especially in the carpet.

Nevertheless, the room is clean and service is good.

I have been using Federal Hotel whenever i visit KL. I regret to say that the facilties and hygience of the hotel is getting worse, wardrobe door dropping, crocoaches in the room, light in the bathroom not working, pillow smells of human oil and i need to keep changing room for 3 times just for a 2 nights stay recently. I am quite disappointed.

We are satisfied specially with the location.But with regards with the channels on your cable tv are few, i suggest you upgrade your cable channels services.

Close to the shops with the convenience of a cafe that is always open for a snack.

Was told that breadfast not included only when checking in, a bit disappointed but clearly stated during booking.
