The hotel location is great, 10 min walk Dodiscovery Mall, 5 min walk to kuta beach (through Sanhtika Hotel opposite Febri's hotel), 10 min to Waterbon park. In front of the hotel is jln Kartika Plaza ; along the rood, there are al lot of shops (include Mines Mart 24 hours shop), restaurant and others. Easily you can get anything from the nearby shops. The room size is ok, bathroom clean and bed is comfortable, everything in the room is new.We stayed at thrid floor with pool view (same as what I requested ), you can stand at the corridor of the room, see the nice and big swimming pool outside with poolkids. The staff is polite and helpful. The room service is good. The breakfast provided is okay. I tried the spa here, price reasonable and service is good. Complimentary of transport to airport is provided after checking out in the last day. The airport is 10 min away from hotel. I would like to stay here if I come to Bali again. I would strongly recommend my friends or those who come with family to stay in this hotel if they come to Bali.

We enjoyed our stay at Febris a lot, we had stayed before a the sister hotel Green Garden, which we liked a lot too. The only problem we had was at check-in, we arrived at 8.30 pm and our name was not in the reception map, so the lady was not sure what to do, she had to rign reservation and then she said we would have to wait until 10 pm because of techinal problems , she was friendly and professional but we were not sure if they were not used with holiday city, or it was their mistake, we also were given only the breakfast voucher for the next morning, when we paid the due amount in the morning then we received the other voucher, besides that everything is fine, the pool is big and beautifull and they were improving the place.

Clean and cosy room with friendly staff. Great breakfast spread and nice pool. 5 mins walk to the mall and beach using shortcut. Its quiet and easy to rent vans for tour outside, so much cheaper than travel tours if you have a big group. recommended for family stay or take the quad room for 5 persons.

Was also informed that my credit card would be charged on departure and we were told when we arrived that it had to be done in 24hrs of arrival

The location of the hotel is good and near to the airport. Walking distance to Kuta town and beach. The staffs were courteous and helpful. Food served for breakfast was okay.

Hi All,

We took the family room for my husband, myself and my 2 kids. The room was very large and extremely comfortable for a family. We also got free breakfast for us and the kids whch was nice. The hotel's service to pick us up at the airport was nice. We were given a 3rd floor room and since there are no elevators, it was a little tiring climbing up and down. The pool was nice and the best part of the hotel was the spa. It was great and the therapists were very friendly. You get a free 10min massage at the restaurant while waiting for the food so it was nice to get a free trial of the therapists.

The hotel was centrally located and the beach was a short walk away through the Bali Dynatsty. Its best to take a driver around and there are ample available in front of the hotel itself.

Overall, this is a good comfortable hotel for the price and certainly worth staying in.
