We stayed 3 nights in the hotel to visit Dubai for the first time, given the price the location is excellent, walk distance from the Metro. To arrange city tours and visit the desk in the hotel was perfect as well. The food is average, as a business hotel is perfect.

IMPRESSIVE value for money!!

Reception manager does not even give away a welcome smile (important for travelers after LONG hours on planes)..Very strict and NO exceptions of any kind and when talking to manager I even had the impression he was being rude. Restaurtante (Vista) Staff and Food are OUTSTANDING good, and Indian food up there with nice view compensates for other downside aspects. It is simply closed to important companies at Internet City district, practical and plain.

Express By Holiday Inn Dubai-Internet City offers good value for small money. It is located close to Sheikh Zayed Road and close to the DubaiMetro, so one may reach every destination within the city limits easily. Don't expect any Arabian or romantic atmosphere. This Express By Holiday hotel could be anywhere in the world. It offers a standard program of room and hotel facilities and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple and good. Don't expect anything extra or anything special. If you are looking for an easy-going and uncomplicated stay in Dubai this hotel may be a good choice. One thing: you cannot open the windows so this hotel is nothing for claustrophobic.

First of all, the hotel was acceptable with regards to price, compared to other hotels in Dubai with the same ranking. Despite the hotel is an "Express" type, i suggest the breakfast can be upgraded to offer hote b/f instead of a very narrow selection of cold b/f. Eggs for instance is the most demanded dish in b/f and that was missing for sure. Complimantery water in rooms were not provided, causing some inconvenience. Overall, the hotel was good value for money, although rated 3 stars, it offered chuttel service to Emirates Mall and Dubai mall twice a day, for free. TV Channels were excellent, rooms were very clean, and tidy, and has free parking space in basement! In my opinion this hotel is best for business stay, and with little improvement i would recommend it to all other kinds of stays. Kind regards A. Jalili

Staff was courteous, very polite but they were not suitable for being in front desk. Lack of knowledge of city and not able to provide basic information. Very slow in checking in, even though I asked for a non-smoking room I was left with a smoking room as I checked in very late but after arguing I got the the disabled room... I asked for a wake up call but received it 10 minutes late! The frontdesk personnell should be trained better. At least they should be able to show the location of the hotel on the map & undersand the questions and respond. The room was quite clean but the corridors smelled awful. The couch in the room was impossible to sit on as it was full of dust. Thanks

Every time Im check-in at hotel always Im encounter a problem, regarding the payment. Because the payment process didn't explain to our company. The hotel always asking the company to provide a credit card and doesn't metion for what purposed this, so our company are expected that the payment will be charge on the credit card. Next time advice very clear your customer most specially in your payment basis. Thanks.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would stay here again next time i visit dubai

the whole stay was great and the hotel was nice, but i realy was not satsfied when i got to the breakfast. very poor and nothing with what i like. no omlet no cheez no tomato, hot dogs. even cacks. i do not know but i hav been in other holiday inn or any hotels.. they serve much better breakfasts.
