The staff was very nice and helpful. It was our first trip to London and we had many questions about taking the buses and trains. They were a big help.

Rooms were quite OK but hotel corridors need some work. Carpets were dirty and rucked up and walls were scuffed. Staff were helpful and friendly. When booking I asked for a twin room on a low floor but was allocated a double room on the top floor! This was rectified quickly however after complaining. Hotel location was good for our business but qute far from the west end, shopping etc. Satisfactory overall.

While I have put excellent to the Value for money section this has now changed to a situation where I can get it cheaper from Holiday Inn itself and a four star Thistle hotel room cheaper for this week!
