Carpets were dirty and rucked up and walls were scuffed. Staff were helpful and friendly. When booking I asked for a twin room on a low floor but was allocated a double room on the top floor! This was rectified quickly however after complaining. Hotel location was good for our business but qute far from the west end, shopping etc. Satisfactory overall.
