I was told by an curt and unfriendly receptionist that I have to wait for at least 3 hours and they may give me a room based on availability, but that also cannot be guaranteed. Thus I was put through great difficulty in a new country on the very first day itself. I request Holiday City to advise travellers to book rooms for the previous day also if the hotel room will not be available at the time the traveller checks in. The room was too small. Also the sound insulation was very poor and the guests in adjoining rooms gets disturbed due to sound from the next room.
