However, we did not have the best staff service. Check in & check out were not pleasant. Staff was short and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Not friendly, welcoming or helpful. When we called for an extra pillow, it came fairly promptly but when we called for coffee in the morning the front desk was short and the coffee didn't come for over 30 minutes.
