FIRST CHOICE HOTEL TO STAY. EXCELLENT!

We are having a great time at everly hotel. The staff are courteousy enough to assist us.

I was very pleased with my stay at Everly Resort. The staff at the reception was pleasant and tried her best to help me to get a room as fast as there were rooms available as I have arrived early on that day. I am pleasantly surprised that the room I stayed in was well maintained and clean. The only setback was that the bathroom was a bit far away from the bedroom and we were not given any complimentary bottled water during my stay.

On 20th of December 2009,me and my family were staying at the resort for 3 nights.During the registration,i summited the approved letter to show that we book for a room.I'm asking for a high floor and facing the swimming pool.So,it was approved what i asked for and the amount of money we need to pay while staying there.I reminded again to your reception about what we want for the stay.I really disappointed the way the receiption explained.First,i dont mind to stay at the middle floor and facing the garden.After check in in the room i'm disappointed the room was facing the shah resort but i had to pay what i'm asking for on the approved letter.Am i had been cheated?I just did not to make a scene,its not professional,i just let go.I hope in future there are no more such things happened again cause i'm consider a regular customer at the resort.Sorry for the inconvenience comments.

Our drive to the hotel was quite alright except that there weren't much signage for directions. The children were rather disappointed with the beach as it was not properly kept. We had been to many resorts in Malaysia and some were pretty well kept. The breakfast at the cafe was good. We enjoyed the food. I would also like to compliment the manager and staffs at the cafe. They were very quick and efficient to handle the crowd. Considering the location, amenities and ambience of the hotel, I would consider the rate of the room is rather expensive. If the charges can be more affordable, I will not hesitate to recommend it to our family and friends.
