This is the first time I stayed at your hotel and not the last. Though we had only stayed for a night, my friend and I like the cleanliness and the facilities, e.g. gym and sauna. We had enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Our room was facing the sea view and it was a lovely sight to behold when we got up in the morning. Your staff is friendly and courteous. Excellent location saves the day for this hotel. Breakfast menu was not up to scratch, and apparently does not seem to cater for Malay breakfast culinary at all. If I am not mistaken, the bed was a "conjoinment" of 2 double bed to make a King size bed as per my request. I could feel the middle edge where the 2 beds met, and it wasn't too comfortable.

Buffet BF could be better in terms of variety and quality. Very good for the price. Although I could get better price at Sheraton but its location is not as good as Evergreen. Not VIP membership.

The reception could do a bit better as we have to wait for +1hr before we could get our room ready. Perhaps due to high-season/holidays which we can understand. Overall, good experience!

My room not facing to the sea, so i not really injoy the view. The room very nice but the bath tub not really clean so i have to use the shover only.

Front dersk was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Highly recommend this hotel. We arranged airport transfers which work great.
