The meals were excellent, and the presentation was just great, especially the deserts :-))))

This is a very good hotel in Gurney Drive. The hotel is not new but the interior is fantasic. Very clean room including the bath room and a walking distance to Gurney shopping mall if you don't have a car. Lot of food available along the Gurney drive. Breakfast in the hotel was superb. Good value for money.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff who attended to our needs immediately. A very comfortable room. Aircon was a bit noisy. Even with an extra bed in the room, it was still comfortable enough.

The "egg station" could have been better. We asked for "half boiled eggs" - Malaysian style and it took a long time to come. Thought our order would be much easier that scrambble eggs and the like. The room facilities are good except that we need to call up for the room to be cleaned during our stay despite the fact we had the sign on for "Room Cleanup"

Lovely location and plenty of facilities around the hotel. I found it a very confortable stay. I wanted Nonsmoking and none was available on the promotional rate so I was upgraded - very comfortable - thank you

Excellent buffet meals, bar and recreational faclities together with overall cleanliness. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was well maintained by the housekeeping staff and all necessary items were adequately provided.

Apart from the front desk, who was not very friendly and smiley, the rest of the service staff were excellent and prompt to attend to our needs.we had an enjoyable stay there. Room is very clean and spacious. Housekeeping was very prompt with our needs.

The Buffet breakfast was value for money and would recommend. General cleanliness around the vincinity was above average. The room's lighting was a little dim and would be better if there was brighter lighting.

I think the hotel needs to pay a little bit more attention to property maintenance. Over the years, I've stayed numerous times at the hotel. The standard of the hotel has always been pretty good. However, during my most recent stay, I noticed a slight drop in room maintenance. For example where once everything was gleamingly clean. Now the bathroom walls are cracked, tiles are dirty and bedcovers are stained. Apart from that, the overall service continuous to be efficient and of a high standard.

Great service by reception staff. Took too long to drop the deposit back into my bank account though.
