Water from shower goes all over the floor, very dangerous

I had a fantastic stay!!! The bed spreads could do with updating, and maybe a pretty pot plant or something on the balcony would be nice.

Staff excellent. Let downs were the room position as although it's a Premier Suite and one of their best rooms, the balcony has an awful outlook. Also, a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was given by the hotel for our honeymoon - only problem was it was pretty undrinkable as it was the cheapest bottle on their menu. For something special like a honeymoon I'd have thought the hotel would show a little more class! Room had infestation of mosquitos - I killed 25 in the room and could not sleep until 3am. That is why I am giving it a poor score for cleanliness. The rest of the room was clean though and I think this was a freak event. The hotel dealt with my complaint in a satisfactory manner.

Good space and excellent balcony over looking the pool although a multi storey car park does detract from the view and generates some noise

your staff were very pleasant and helpful, your breakfast prices outrageous.(we went out for breakfast) We did have a pleasant stay, there should have been more incentive for us to dine in. All desk staff were very good. One of your senior cleaning maids was a gem, so friendly and a memorable part of our stay with her genuine nature. room in brochure looked out on tropical scene, ours looked straight into a carpark. Balcony was good, looking down onto pool(ignoring carpark.)

First room didn't have the open view we requested. 2nd room had better view but was of a lower standard. We stayed in the second room but didn't receive any credit for the lower standard. The hotel rooms and corridors are dated and in need of renovation. Common areas were nice. Over priced compared to the Permelia Hilton, where we stayed next.

We thought the condition of the hotel would be better based on rating. Could do with some refurbishment for a 4 star hotel.

Price included valet parking (normal price $25 day). This was very useful because parking in Fremantle is scarce and expensive. Upgraded to suite from standard because of long stay.

It certainly was not the quiet romantic break we were hoping for .There were conferences constantly with with a lot of congestion on the ground floor and very noisy when sitting in the bar area.

$196/night for this hotel is inconsistent compared to many other hotels I have stayed at for similar costs. for the cost of the room upgrades need to be done to the rooms, carpet etc. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows awful. the bathroom products are cheap.
