 Commencing its life as Erskine House, Mantra Erskine Beach Resort is tastefully built around the oldest permanently operating guesthouse in Victoria, and its history is inextricably interwoven into the fabric of Lorne itself.

Built upon 12 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens and enjoying the status of the only beachfront property in Lorne, Mantra Erskine Beach Resort is one of the largest resorts and residential conference destinations in Victoria. Offering a variety of accommodation and experiences, Mantra Erskine Beach Resort features a variety of facilities including a Brasserie and Bar with the family in mind, indoor heated pool and Endota Day Spa.

With a selection of modern and functional studio, one and two bedroom apartments as well as refurbished Heritage Hotel rooms retaining the old world charm, Mantra Erskine Beach Resort is perfect for families, couples and conferences alike. The one and two bedroom apartments are fully self contained and include share laundry facilities, modern kitchens, reverse cycle air conditioning, balcony or terrace and VCR or DVD player. Studio apartments (or Resort rooms) are can be conjoined with one bedroom apartments to create a two bedroom environment perfect for families. Both Apartments and Heritage Hotel rooms have a variety of outlooks including filtered ocean views, garden views and a standard resort outlook. Some apartments feature spa equipped baths
