During my check-in to the hotel,the staff who registered my name wasn't friendly at all.He didn't explained to me anything,just hand over me the swipe card & that's it.Poor service,sad as it's a five star hotel.I've been to this place few times & this is the first time I encountered such things.

The location of the hotel is central in terms of its walking distance to the shopping centre and town area. However I find that the hotel facing is bad. One side of the rooms faces the main road which is very noisy at night and the other side faces the school which is very noisy during the early hours of the morning.

Still need to pay for gym, sauna and spa. The washbasin's drainage is blocked.

The pressure of tap water for the shower was very low / poor .

Thank you for returning an item that I left in the room. This is a serviece that I much appreciate. I found everything to be very nice and comfortable.

Very enjoyable. However in the Traders Lounge - great group and atmosphere but the evening was almost ruined by someone, I think, called Bob who disrupted the performance and was quite insulting to my wife and myself. The professionalism of the band was excellent but why doesn't the management do something about him? I am sure it spoiled the evening for many others as well. If he were there I would have second thoughts about returning. Could provide biscuits with the tea and coffee
