The pool was very good but we were disappointed the spa was being serviced. We realise it was not the fault of the hotel these things have to be done. maybe next time we stay it will be Okay. THE ROOM WAS EXCELLENT BUT THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS VERY NOISEY SO WE HAD TO TURN IT OFF AT NIGHT.

The toilet bowl blocked and water overflowing. Waited for almost half day before being fixed. The agony of having to pee into the bathtub. Called and called and called and the response was ok but no action.

The chairs at the pool need to have the covers changed.Quite undesirable to look at. It had fresh paint smell. However,we had our rooms changed

The reception counter should be beautified. it is so dull and not attractive. There got to be some brightness and the must be a focal point for all tourist coming in. Potted plants must be filled to create beauty. Snack bar need to change the confectionery cakes everyday, not the same thing. Guest should be provided with mineral water free, instead of charging RM4.00 Room is cleaned everyday and very tidy. It is comfortable and good ambience.

Access to the hotel from the carpark is horrible especially if you are carrying luggage. You need to walk up several flights of stairs from the carpark (no lift or escalator to/from the carpark). The food at the Japanese restaurant was expensive but not fresh. It was self service buffet style. They (Japanese Restaurant) kept all the good stuff behind the counters and would ration it bit by bit causing unnecessarily long wait and ques. The restaurant also mislead customers' into thinking that lobsters were available as part of the buffet. It had to be ordered at extra cost. Stayed at the Equator Club Room that seems pretty run down and poorly maintained. The shower at the bath-tub didn't work. Expensive but slow internet connection. Room had ants crawling all over the place.
