Not informed at the checked in that the request for big bed is not avaliable. No toothbrush and toothpaste

Got traffic light outside the hotel as the traffic is rather busy. Hope to have bigger room.

Its was weird that the room service staff came into the room at 10.30pm to ask if we need more towels. They came in using their own set of keys and just ask the same question at least 3 times even when we told them that we are find. I had to quickly put on the "No Disturb" sign just in case they come around again at even weirder hours.

Lounge area should be more cosy and more privacy. Some plants and flowers on the table might help. Breakfast should be provided.

The aircon is too cold and the temperature controller doesn't seem to work.

the access from the car park to the lobby is no good, they should upgrade with lift, moreover only the B2 can access to the lobby not the B1 and B3. the room should come with free coffee and tea bag, this is the 1st time I see charges for room coffee and tea bag.

Well placed in the tourist areas, nice outlook. Thanks to the staff, you do a good job, we will stay with you again. The room was spacious ,however the room could do with new paint on the door and walls. I do believe the club rooms are being renovated.

In the previous two times of staying at the Equatorial, the package included daily buffet breakfast. This time it was deducted from the RM88 food credit! The satay dish now cost more but the satay size had shrunk 50%! The corridor floor leading to my room gave out an awful musty smell and so was my room 1401. I had to ask housekeeping to spray some fragrance. This needed to be done at least twice a day.

It would be better if the hotel has Channel U.

the condition of the bed is too poor. and alot of drilling noises in the morning. overall rating for room experience is bad.

Breakfast buffet -this time was rather disappointing. Was especially looking forward to the availabilty of "roti jala" and "prata" like previously Tv remote control by the bedside is difficult to use- probably the sensor touch is faulty already. Prefers the traditional TV remote control

Other than the above comment, the hotel provided good service. The allocated room was not ready at the check-in time.

Air-con was a bit noisy

We were very lost without a more detailed map as the road has changed to one way and we could not get back to road we came from. The front desk did not have a proper map. there was no remote control in the room despite request at the front desk.

Bad experience our cash card which was slot in key slot was taken away. Luckily managed to get back when we ring up room service.
