Pse ensure customer belonging is being well taken care of

I stayed in a Premier room which is spacious and clean. I liked the setting of the room and has a great view of Melaka town as the room is situated on the 19th floor. The hotel is right in middle of Melaka town and convinient to visit historical sites which is at the back of the hotel. I even walked to Jonker street from the hotel. There is a lot eateries and pub around the hotel. Shopping complex are close by and within walking distances. It is a really great place to stay. I will stay at the same hotel for my next trip to Melaka.

The hotel is in a convenient location, but there is no lift access to the car park , so is quite inconvenient, the hotel also does not provide tooth brush and comb to the room.

It was a last minute reservation as we decided to stay overnight in Malacca.When we reach the hotel, we were happy that the check in process was fast and our room was really beuatiful. The hotel location is superb as it is near the Dataran Pahlawan shopping centre where food and shopping is just a few minutes walking distance. This will be my choice of hotel during my next visit.

We'd an enjoyable Christmas in Malacca. The RM88.00 food vouchers were good n value for money as we were able to enjoy various types of food from the F&B outlets. Hotel is very conveniently located n easily accessible to Dataran Pahlawan, Makohta Parade & the historical sites. Last of all, hotel staff were helpful n always ready to offer assistance. Will certainly return for another visit. Cheers!

1) Good location which is next to Megamall Melaka but quite a distance to jonker street if you were to walk there. 2) Traffic is congested on the way to the hotel due to ppl looking for parking at Megamall 3) Friendly staff 4) Nice peranakan food downstairs.

Driving to Malacca from Singapore was easy and the drive there on the highway was pleasant. Not knowing the locality of the hotel and the surroundings I was pretty anxious to get there sooner. Once arriving into Malacca from Air Keroh Toll the drive to the hotel was easy as details of landmarks to look out for from the hotel's website was ideal. Checking in was quick and we settled in well. The food in the Hotels F & B outlets are good with a choice of local and western dishes and service of staff at all levels come with a warm and friendly smile. Very much appreciated. The location is really fantastic as we are in the heart of the city and you can leisurly walk around with the family without taking the car. As for the other sight seeing, driving is easy as all the road signs with land marks are clearly stated. All you got to do is follow the signs. We like the Equatorial Hotel Malacca and for sure will keep you in mind for more of our future holidays. Warm Regards Prem

This hotel accord a 5 Star service quality that is exellence and hard to come by in Malaysia. Good Service there, would certainly look forward to go back to stay there.

It was crazy having to drive my car for about 2.5 hours covering just 17 km from Air Keroh exit to the city. The authority should review the ridiculous program control of traffic lights at cross-road junctions - instead of vehicles in opposite directions taking turns to move at each change of light, vehicles in 4 directions took turns to move. Can you imagine the long wait when each direction was given a "99" countdown (in sec?) before next change of light? Other contributing factors could be some flooded (but passable since less than a foot depth) roads along the way. Otherwise, Melaka is a nice place for a short relaxing holiday due to the relatively slow pace and some nice and inexpensive perankan food.

We have visited Malacca numerous time and each time we stayed in a different hotel . It's our first time staying in the Equator club room - Hotel Equatoria even though we stayed in the deluxe room before !I must say this room is spacious for our family of 4 (with me requesting for a baby cot for my baby boy as well) ! We loved the "special perks" that came with it - cocktails, free flow of coffee and F& B food vouchers ! We will definitely stayed in Equator Club room again. However, we are not very pleased with our dining experience in the Jap Restaurant. The wait for food is pretty long considering the place was not crowded at all. The waiter should also give us some recommendations on the food we ordered. We had ordered too much food ! if only they highlighted to us that the portion for certain item is big enough to share....

during my stay, it was an english lady group performance and the pub was quite empty. since there are often many singaporean chinese guests, suggest to have chinese singers/band instead.

Equatorial Hotel is conveniently located; less than 5 mins walk to Palawan Shopping Mall. Guests check in and -out are promptly attended to.

Hotel Equatorial Melaka has the best location in Melaka, with only walking distance to many tourist and shopping attractions in Melaka.
