On complaiing to the Mgr we were told that the agent we booked it through did not request additional bedding

Probably the check in staff could assist when the check out queue is long and none at the check in queue.

The bathroom was not so clean & the basin was cracked.

The self-contained apartment suites are a big attraction and would be the main reason for choosing this hotel again. There should be provision for a hot plate in the kitchenette. It used to be provided but at some point of time this facility has been removed.

We only have one cover mesh on the room that we have stayed. The room was neat and spacious.
