The receptionist was not as kind as expected when we asked for the breakfast coupon which inclusive in my booking room rate as what I had confirmed with Poorni. She said breakfast is not inclusive in the room rate if you book via web ie through holidaycity. This has made me feel a bit upset as I need to further bargain with her.

The apartments were very poorly maintained.

The Heated swimming pool is not as heated as what we have tried in Korea Waterpark in winter, yours should not named it as heated pool as it's so cool to swim. May also introduce some heated jaccuzzi pools with various treatment functions to attract some elderly peoples. Another idea is an Open Air heated pool, with some indoor water theme park facility for the unused "Entertainment Complex". Room 1220, main door decor panel has loosen. the toilet flushing system spoilt.

The food served in the restauran

Carparks needs to be improved. Never saw security personnel making checks in carpark area. Should have a playgound area for kids. Room service should be extended into wee hours.
