1. Had to get swimming pool towels from reception! On the 2nd day, housekeeping was not yet done when we returned at 3:15 pm. We saw chambermaids tidying up the opposite room. We then went to swim. After we returned at 4:05 pm, no one was in sight and our room was still not done. I phoned Housekeeping immediately. A few minutes later a woman came to check and she promised to send someone immediately. However by 4:27 pm there was still no sign of anyone coming. I phoned for Duty Manager but he/she was not around. Reception promised to call housekeeping. I phoned housekeeping again. Only then was housekeeping done. Housekeeping staff were not only careless but had very poor attitude. The Duty Manager should be contactable, otherwise not a DUTY manager. He had neglected his duty.

It was a humit room, cold and it smells bad.

The pool was not so clean. We had no water on the day we left due to shortage. This was just stated as a fact.

The room is just alright but the view from the room is fantastic.

I believe everyone like the location. Firstly,the atmosphere there is fantastic. Secondly,the security is good alouding everybody to move freely I fill that everythings was quite OK except the matress it is indeed very soft as the result the bed is no comfort

Overall maintenance of room, and common areas of the hotel appear to be poorly maintained eg. paint, furniture, furnishings etc.

overall, not what i expected of a 4 star hotel, but generally still average & livable. it has an execellent view.

Ok- but it's need more facility for muslim travelers and more local food + stall outside the hotel. there was no amenities for muslim travelers such as to take abulation(wuduk) for prayer and the room did not have fan like hotel in Genting Highland

Swimming pool is not heated and poorly maintained. Insufficient extra bed for guests

Service to backup water shortage was good though No water supply. Check in was delayed.

COURTESY OF RECEPTION STAFF WAS UNBELIEVABLE. NOT EVEN A SMILE WHEN I WAS UNABLE TO GET INTO MY 2ND ROOM AT 3.30PM!!! THEY HAD NO IDEA WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY ROOM KEY! I AM BEING TREATED LIKE A 3RD CLASS CUSTOMER! IT WAS A UNPLEASANT STAY FOR ME!!

Too many trainees and not very blessed with the spirit of the customer is always right! We were on the 13th floor and the views were stunning

The service apartment was poorly maintained. We had major problem on the water issue (for shower)and was told that nothing can be done.

Some cleaning needs to be done especially on the stairs. May need more fresh flowers at the hotel lobby in welcoming guests. The room is very spacious except for the dusty floors.

Had to remind the staff to have bath towels after our arrival.

It lies in an extremely picturesque part of Malaysia with breathe taking mountain views. The hotel itself provides a "village" atmosphere and is an excellant spot for business or pleasure. Very good value for money

Although facility I have ranked 3 - do not expect any more - as I suppose people come to move around than stay at hotel and enjoy facilities. Tennis courts must be covered - else, they are useless. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the stair case was dirty. I am sure this was done by other users but, expected the hotel to clean it !

Lifts are too slow, especially during peak hours Very basic room. TV was not functioning well. Doesn't even have a safe deposit box.

There were many cockroaches in the room.

Holiday city agent giving coupon for breakfast but there were no coupon given when check in.

I like the nice restaurants in the hotel, good food, also very good service. Staffs are very helpful. It's a big side apartment with lots of space and nice view. But the patio needs some quality and nicer pation set. Also need some good quality couch for the living room. The couch I had in my room was too wear out, feel like sinking into the couch when I sat on it(can't really sit on it!!) . The kitchen is big but no pots and pans besides two burners. Not so useful for those who don't know that, can't really take advantage of using the kitchen. I did not bring anything to cook cos I was assuming it will be all provided for that kind of money you charge, besides that I am on my vacation and can't really bring my kitchen stuff for just one night stay, it's too much trouble. No information about what's include in the apartment was provided when I make the reservation besides beds. The exterior of the buildings need to be upgraded. Looks very nice from far away but ugly and dirty when you get a closer look. The exterior of those apartments definately need to be!
