Nice landscape around the hotel. All staff whom we met were polite and they are nice to us. The balcony need a fresh coat of paint.

This hotel is very well patornised, and very busy at the counter during check in time. The rooms were only available after 3pm so can forget about checking in early. Although the furnitures in the room look weathered but they are in very good working conditions.

Too Far in the mountain area. too high which makes it cold specially when there are no warm A/C provided in the room Cold, the bed, sheets, blankets were all cold and almost felt wet.

The hotel was very understaffed. We often had to wait a long time for anything to be done. They also demanded additional fees for anything extra such as $5 for an extra towel.

Check in service was quite bad. There was a long wait in-spite of check in being mentioned at 2pm. I only managed to get my rooms at 4 pm

Service was slow, but I noted the staff present were all trying very hard to cope. What about planning & management in a 420-room hotel? Perhaps it's the peak season, but then why charge extra if the hotel is unwilling or unable to provide normal service expected of? The 'extra' room tariff collected should be used to pay for overtime or part-time staff during the peak season. Managers should help out & not stay behind the front line or go on holiday or leave. They have to remember they are in the service industry.

Hotel should provide various packages for different type of customers. I particularly like the value package (cash rebate). I have been subscibing to this package all my previous visit to the Hotel. However, I was not offered with this package in this recent visit. There should be curtains for the kitchen and front door windows to provide privacy.

Most of their pool table that we wanted to use is spoilt. The male service staff who attended to us is very rude. Refused to answer our question and also destroy our pool game without informing us. The room is not very new and the fridge is not cold. No hand and floor towel provided for toilets.
