the furniture is a bit old,so have to refurnished again.

while the staff were friendly and nice, they were not very helpful and could not provide us what we needed when we asked. while the basic toiletries was provided, toothpaste was not provided which we had to buy. also nothing was provided in the fridge

The service is great especially from the Cricket Bistro, where I requested a special arrangement for a propose to my girlfriend. They did a good job and the food were great. Room is large enough for couple, bed is clean and comfortable. Everything else are quite up to standard. One small complain was we are not able to completely shut the curtain, so there's a privacy issue.

Parking facilities need improvement. Some lightings are not in working condition.The 3 pin switches are faulty.

Convinient even you have kids travel with you !! Facility is excellent !! Everthing is well done, my family enjoy staying in the hotel.

No internet access in rooms and no internet cafe to surf web.Checkin time was delayed as rooms wer not ready till 3.30pm and we arrived at 2.45pm at the hotel. Netting on windows not present so could not open windows at night due to insects. I noticed other rooms still had their insect nets in tact. Lights next to bed fused. Fridge empty. Non non-smoking rooms available.

Please provide food voucher for internet booking as well. Toilet had moulds at the sink. Did not provide a sewing kit which is quite essential.

As a result of their approach I would not go back there Despite thinking we had made it clear there were insufficient beds in the rooms. On complaiing to the Mgr we were told that the agent we booked it through did not request additional bedding

The first time when i stepped into the room,an awful smell impressed me.if possible,pls apply some air refreshner before the customer enter the room.

The check out service should be improved and made faster. Probably the check in staff could assist when the check out queue is long and none at the check in queue.

But if the F&B was included in this package it would be excellent. The bathroom was not so clean & the basin was cracked.

breakfast was not provided with room rates and offered at an exorbitant price. bathroom wall a bit damp with. bath slippers would be nice. bottled water daily would be good too. additional bed was old & saggy.

The hotel scores on location and view. The self-contained apartment suites are a big attraction and would be the main reason for choosing this hotel again. There should be provision for a hot plate in the kitchenette. It used to be provided but at some point of time this facility has been removed.

Installation of more mesh covers on the windows would be much appreciated. We only have one cover mesh on the room that we have stayed. The room was neat and spacious.

Only minus point relating to this room is that you can easily hear the people outside on the corridor talking.

The hotel should have provide a little extra comfort blanket as it is located at the highest peak of the highlang with chilling temperature!!!!!
