The male service staff who attended to us is very rude. Refused to answer our question and also destroy our pool game without informing us. The room is not very new and the fridge is not cold. No hand and floor towel provided for toilets.

Had to get swimming pool towels from reception! On the 2nd day, housekeeping was not yet done when we returned at 3:15 pm. We saw chambermaids tidying up the opposite room. We then went to swim. After we returned at 4:05 pm, no one was in sight and our room was still not done. I phoned Housekeeping immediately. A few minutes later a woman came to check and she promised to send someone immediately. However by 4:27 pm there was still no sign of anyone coming. I phoned for Duty Manager but he/she was not around. Reception promised to call housekeeping. I phoned housekeeping again. Only then was housekeeping done. Housekeeping staff were not only careless but had very poor attitude. The Duty Manager should be contactable, otherwise not a DUTY manager. He had neglected his duty.

We had no water on the day we left due to shortage. This was just stated as a fact.
