Service was slow, but I noted the staff present were all trying very hard to cope. What about planning & management in a 420-room hotel? Perhaps it's the peak season, but then why charge extra if the hotel is unwilling or unable to provide normal service expected of? The 'extra' room tariff collected should be used to pay for overtime or part-time staff during the peak season. Managers should help out & not stay behind the front line or go on holiday or leave. They have to remember they are in the service industry.
Children room amenities not maintained, TV/VCD not working properly. Shower water pressure to low,
bit smelly and not very clean
Could improve on swimming pool. Nice balcony view.

Hotel should provide various packages for different type of customers. I particularly like the value package (cash rebate). I have been subscibing to this package all my previous visit to the Hotel. However, I was not offered with this package in this recent visit. There should be curtains for the kitchen and front door windows to provide privacy.
plus a curtain for the window of kicthen because i stayed at first floor which same level to car park...it very clear when we look from outside to inside.
