What about planning & management in a 420-room hotel? Perhaps it's the peak season, but then why charge extra if the hotel is unwilling or unable to provide normal service expected of? The 'extra' room tariff collected should be used to pay for overtime or part-time staff during the peak season. Managers should help out & not stay behind the front line or go on holiday or leave. They have to remember they are in the service industry.

I particularly like the value package (cash rebate). I have been subscibing to this package all my previous visit to the Hotel. However, I was not offered with this package in this recent visit. There should be curtains for the kitchen and front door windows to provide privacy.
