Although the room was very small the service and food were very good i would recommend it for business or conference.The location is very good for the tube to anywhere in the city.

We have stayed at the enterprise before so were already inclined to rebook. The staff are always friendly. The rooms this time were on the small side and decoration standard low, but for a hotel stay when exhibiting at Earls Court this is not a problem. Tea & Coffee in room standard TV with extra available. Food was very good with dining staff very attentive. Redecoration looks good. Will stay here again.

Hotel itself was great for the price we paid. Rooms very small but clean and functional. Beds very comfortable. Location (close to Earl's Court Tube) absolutely great. Staff extremely friendly. Our party (6 people) were welcomed on arrival to the hotel and thanked and asked how our stay was on departure. We enjoyed our time there and would probably go back.

Hotel is only one short block from Earl Court tube station. Four stops from Victoria station.

Hotel room is small, but very clean.
Hotel room not air conditioned but cooled off with the window open, Saturday night with window open was a
little noisy.

Holiday City reservation service worked very well.

Its not too terrible that the room is so small, however there is no chest of drawers and no place to put your suitcases, which made the room much smaller.

The window view (back of hotel) was appalling.The hotel is very well located rear transport,shops and restaurants. Holidaycity rates good value for money. Room no. 154 double was small.Really a single sized room.However the room had every facility.

The hotel itself has a pleasant lobby, and is ideally located near the Earl's Court Tube Station. Fantastic location. Safe area. Close to many eating places, some pubs, bookshops, post shop, and a chemist. The room was very small. The TV was not fixed to the swinging arm bracket. The door to the bathroom when opened contacted the bed. The bathroom was a case of standing room only between the toilet and the shower. I have a small frame, I would hate to think how a taller person, or someone with a more solid build would have got on. The toilet is on a slight angle,

I am currently asking the Visa cardholder services to reverse the charge for the entire 6 days that I had planned to stay in London. I never stayed at the hotel because I never had confirmation of my reservation and in fact had my card credit rejected 3 times when I tried to reserve. Since I didn't believe that I had a reservation, I had to find accommodation elsewhere.

Was not made clear that breakfast was not ncluded. Shower temperature was very hard to adjust.

ROOMS WERE VERY SMALL.NO AIR CONDITIONING. LONDON WAS VERY HOT THE DAYS I WAS THERE.THE STAFF WAS MODERATELY HELPFULL.

This is more a B&B hotel. The rent is too expensive, not good value for money.

I ask that breastfast be inculded in the price. They did not honor request.

Hotel very nice Everything comfortable but I ordered large bed and I thought the bed was a bit small because we are used to a king size at home. It was very nice and the staff were very nice also.

As we primarily went for sightseeing we did not really need the hotel facilities. There was actually no view as the window is towards the neighbour building. However, at least there was a window.
