In my experience and having stayed in many hotels around Europe this Hotel does not deserve a star rating its in bad condition throughout and over priced for what it is although on a plus point the staff were pleasant. Very small room, could have done with a well needed make over, Very musty smell on entering the room. Not too sure how clean it was as fixtures and fittings were so old.

The reception is located in the basement while some bedrooms are set on the way between the entrance and the reception which is very disturbing. The purpose is clearly to use the maximal space for rooms renting and the minimal for facilities. This is the worse value for money hotel I ever stayed in London.

stayed in an ensuite triple room. It was nice and clean, bathroom was very small though, like the one on a plane.

scarce breakfast.Paid three pounds more because I used my visa to settle. no aerial for tv poor tv vision. no wardrobe no facilities in the room
