The hotel staffs are very helpful in helping their guest . They are very accommodating in terms of questions asked on how far is the hotel from the mall or the city proper. They even helped us in getting an interpreter. I suggest if you are looking for value for your money hotel Empress is a good choice.

We really appreciated the Khanh the porters help he was very helpful to us and made our stay a good one!! The other staff were also very good. We were going to stay in Saigon again at your hotel but we didnt have enough time in the end.

there seem to be plenty of better hotels in the US25-30 range, located nearer to center of city the rooms that come for this price do not have any windows; i am told the higher priced ones have windows and other facitilities. coffee making facility would be good (fridge is available)
