This hotel, although not particularly cheap, was fine/fair value except for one thing:
I was allocated a room in the top two levels of this hotel (yes, nice view), but unfortunately it was impossible to get to sleep (even with earplugs!) ...

Recommendation: By Mr.Thomas Halliburton New Zealand This hotel, although not particularly cheap, was fine/fair value except for one thing:
i was allocated a room in the top two levels of this hotel (yes, nice view), but unfortunately it was impossible to get to sleep (even with earplugs!) ... until about 2. 30 am because of noise associated with the revolving restaurant above. this noise consisted of mechanical/creaking noise of the bearings/revolving mechanism, music and intermittent noise associated with the restaurant operations. noise re-started shortly after 6 am. the living area below the bedroom was no better than the bedroom, so even sleeping on the sofa was not an option.
i was (and still am) annoyed that the hotel must be perfectly aware of this problem, yet are happy to continue to market these (upper level) rooms.
