Rooms are luxurious, staff friendly & helpful.

Staff are efficient. Large pool and leisure area right on the South China Sea so you can find a quiet area if you wish. Only bad thing I can say is that there is no longer a shuttle into town which is approx 15 minute taxi ride away. It costs thirty Brunei dollars each way so it can get expensive very quickly.

Service is appalling and the food is very very bad. For the high prices, one would expect to be served the best quality food. I ordered chicken and received thigh meat and gristle. It was quite simply, disgusting. Phone did not work and could have provided fresh milk for tea and coffee. Internet did not work properly as connection kept failing.
