Nice & clean but location quit far from main attraction spot of Malacca. anyway, value for money

The hotel is so run down and the air con is not working well. Even the reception is cooler than the room. The bed is so old that it sunk down when sat on it and the whole nite we felt very itchy and cannot fall asleep. For yr info, we left the hotel very early in the morning at 5am to leave for home. Will never want to go back again.

A pleasant reception counter which allowed our check in upon arrival @1030am without any extra cost. The location is not far from the city Bandar Hilir,ten mins drive,30mins to Umbai medan ikan bakar and Malacca Wonderland. A secure parking space with guards round the clock making the sleep more peace. Only the morning breakfast need to add more on the buffet menu to make it appertizing. Overall remarks on the Hotel,value for money. Mr Khairul Singapore.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious, bed ok for sleeping but we found the pillows too soft. The hotel is a bit rundown and certainly need an upgrading. The parking area is big but need to inprove the surface and should have properly layout parking lots. The location is good and convenient. Will stay again on my next visit if the hotel is upgraded.

The room quite small compared to other hotel with same rate. No newspaper in the next morning provided in our room. However I like the swimming pool and the lobby area spacious and confortable.... Anyway...still nice hotel....

Its really hard to get a parking lot if there is any occasion or seminar being held at the hotel. Its an outdoor and open car park and if its rainy day, its hard for you to reach to your car

Cannot go internet from room. I will only go back this hotel when I can go internet in the room.

Carpark place need to be done up. Hotel Manager attended to our query without much delay. Housekeeping are quite fuzzy in giving extra pillow and blanket.

The reception staff was good enough although a bit reserved. Housekeeping staff was good. The generous (uncovered) carpark had security guards which was assuring. Breakfast was adequate but the only fruit offered was rockmelon - all the Malaysian hotels that I've stayed in offers at least papaya, banana and watermelon. I loved the casual atmosphere of the breakfast area though. I will defintely stay here again.

For overall, i would recommend staying at this hotel if you are willing to spend a few extra money.

I would like to see some renovations to be carried out to improve the image of the hotel. Exterior walls of the hotel definitely need a new coat of paint. Bath tub need to change as some stains, scratch marks and rough areas may cut the skin. Staffs are courteous and helpful. Food may add in more variety, otherwise on the whole it was satisfactory.

This hotel did not meet my expectations mainly we were expecting a proper carpark with shutter and concrete floor. The hotel housekeeping was adequate, as I also found that the bathroom should change a clean shower curtain which found had stain and old. The staff was polite and friendly. I would think is suitable for an overnight stay and not for more days.

the hotel location was suitable as it on walking distance to the places of interest.
