Excellent hotel with lovely well presented room. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location was good.

Appreciated the little extras like an ironing table and tea/coffee making facilities. Hairdryer was usable but hose broken, which we only got around to reporting on leaving. Otherwise could not be faulted.

I booked a superior room with queen bed but the room was very small and it was a standard bed. The bathroom was very clean and a good size. I also requested a room with balcony but didn't get one. However the location was superb the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were very pleased with the accomodations. Our room was larger than expected and the level of cleanliness and service were excellent. It was also great to have working air conditioning during a 90's heat wave.

the location is great,,,its near a metro stop, but no one told us that at the desk, which they should! we found it a day later. we thought the room was ok,,,but the bathroom was just way tooo small. the room was said to be soundproof in the add on line....it was not. We could hear snoring through the walls. When the toliet was flushed it was very loud. The furniture was a bit worn. The hair dryer fell apart, we asked for it to be fixed, they took our key, but never did anything.
