Although our stay was brief, (we did not check in until after midnight and checked out by just after 9:00 as we were doing a campus tour of Carleton University)we found the hotel staff extremely fast and courteous. I have never been checked out of a hotel so fast - it was rather refreshing.

It was no more than a 5 minute drive to the university.

The room was very clean and we all had a good night's sleep.

As we will be returning to Ottawa again at the end of August, we would definitely look at staying at your hotel first.

The Hotel is in process of renovating and to stay in the renovated rooms is fine. The hotel is clean and good value for an overnight stay or more. The restaurant seems new and is fine. The hotel is quit convenient to all parts of Ottawa
