Q1.What are the differences between the room types?(If there are more than one room type)
Corner Suite (468 square feet): These rooms have a corner vantage point affording a variety of city and water views. They have a separate sitting room and desk workspace with high speed Internet access. All Corner suites have king sized beds, a double closet and oversized four-fixture bathrooms with separate enclosed showers. Deluxe Guestroom (380-428 square feet) In floors 10-23: Our guestrooms are furnished with either a king or 2 double sized beds and are located with a variety of city views. They have oversized four-fixture bathrooms with separate glass enclosed showers, comfortably equipped workspaces with custom leather chairs and high speed Internet access Regency Club Rooms on floors 24-30:The Regency Club rooms consist of all room types located on floors 24-30. The Regency Club guestrooms have beautiful feather beds and exceptional views of the Seattle skyline Emerald Suites (11) (823 square feet): Our price for this suite is a $200 upgrade fee.The Emerald suites are located on the Regency Club floors with access to the Regency Club Lounge. There is a large living area, which flows into a large bedroom with a desk and has a walk-in closet. Each of these suites has one king-sized bed, one bathroom, a large entry with hall closet and bench, and the same amenities and technology as the guestrooms, with upper floor views. (No wet bar) Executive Suite (32) (812 square feet):These suites are located on the Regency Club floors with access to the Regency Club Lounge. All Executive suites have one king sized bed, one four-fixture bathroom with double headed shower (1 permanent head / 1 hand held on adjacent wall) bath in entry, wet bar and walk-in closet. Cherry wood, Sogi Screen double doors separate living room from bedroom areas. These suites have the same amenities and technology as the guestrooms with upper floor views. Carrera Suite (1354 square feet): Corner Suite on 29th floor The Carrera Suite has a stone entry and hard wood floors throughout the suite with area rugs. Each has a Plasma flat screen TV, one four-fixture bathroom, bath in entry, dining table (seats 8), and butler pantry with a separate service entrance. Cherry wood, Sogi Screen double doors separate living room from bedroom, which has one king-sized bed. Upper floor views and the same amenities and technology as the guestrooms. Vesuvio Suite (1354 square feet)- Suite on 28th floor: The Vesuvio has a stone entry and hard wood floors throughout the suite with area rugs. It has a Plasma flat screen TV, one four-fixture bathroom (double headed shower with 1 permanent head / 1 hand held on opposite wall), bath in entry, dining table (seats 8), and butler pantry with a separate service entrance. Cherry wood, Sogi Screen double doors separate living room from bedroom, which has one king-sized bed. Onyx Suite (2740 square feet): The Onyx suite is located on the 30th floor. This suite has a stone entry with hard wood floors throughout, and area rugs. This suite has a bathroom with a double-headed shower, larger tub (1 permanent head / 1 hand held on opposite wall), a powder room, large dining room (seats 8), wet bar and separate service entrance. There is a large living room with a library and sitting area with a desk, a fireplace, a game table area, a sitting area in bedroom with one king-sized bed. The Onyx suite has water and city views.

From Sea-Tac Airport:Follow signs to 518 East/I-5 northbound. Exit right onto 518 East. Exit from the left lane onto I-5 north. Continue on I-5 north for 14 miles. Exit at Olive Way anf then right on Bellevue and right on Pine. Continue for 6 blocks and turn left into the Porte Cochere. From I-5 North Bound:Exit at Olive Way and turn right on Bellevue and then right on Pine. Continue for 6 blocks. Turn left into porte-cochère. From I-5 South Bound:Exit at Stewart and left on Boren and then right on Pine. Continue for 3 blocks. Turn left into porte-cochère.
