my only dissappointment is that you do not have a business centre where i can use internet facilities and i cannot find easily any internet cafes nearby.

Reception staff provided good service, concierge did not We had major difficulties on our arrival as even although we specified on your website that we had 2 adults and 2 children, your website allowed us to book a superior room; which according to the hotel, they are unable to do. We were fortunate in that the hotel accomodated us by upgrading us but it took a lot of time and explantion. Please update your website to ensure the type of room booked is available for the number of people detailed.

Again, excellent quality hotel with many services and facilities improtant to both the busines and leisure traveller. High quality restaurant and room service facilities. Front desk staff could be more polite, but bell staff could not be more gracious. Hotel should consider providing shower facilities for business travellers who are leaving late in the day and having bags stored by the hotel (as do many hotels in Singapore, such as The Peninsular & Excelsior) Excellent hotel, one of the best I have experienced in Singapore. Extremely comfortable rooms & beds, bathrooms could be cleaner (but still better than average) and coffee/tea making amenities only average (and very limited!) - old, scratched cups let down the level of the room somewhat.

Restaurant staff at breakfast time were a bit clumsy and didnt watch where they were going. They gave the impression of being overworked or not really interested in the guests. The breakfast menu was not kept properly warm either. The bacon, sausages and beans were luke warm only. The decor and facilities in the room wery very good.

The staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. I would recommend the hotel but would warn otehrs about the bathroom. Pl clean it up. The bed was very comfortable. unfortunately the bathroom needs a good clean out. It had mould all over the tiles and was very very unhigenic.

I have stayed at the Elizabeth a number of times - but not for 5 years. I was disappointed to find the rooms run down and drab. I will not feel comfortable about recommending it to friends - as I have in the past.

Staff sometimes "hard to find" and not very friendly, I'm afraid. Capacity in restaurant too little for number of guests. Not possible to get a drink after 11.00 pm and no stock in minibar. The room was OK, nothing special, but the room rate is OK too, so we did not expect 5 star quality

bar lacked atmosphere - we went elsewhere. lack of free bottled water was a first for a hotel in Singapore. Bath towels were quite old.

Although i was upgraded to a junior suite, there were 2 singale beds instead of a double. Room service was not available after 10.30, which i was not told; toothbrush and paste was not provided. I was under the impression that all these would be avaiable, esp for a hotel that classified as 4 star.

Again, the uniforms of the waiters in the restaurant is not very nice compared to the other employees in the Hotel. Looks like you have picked them up from a street in Geylang... Minibar is poor with softdrinks only.
