It was so cold that I had to switch off the air-cond.

But the room they give us just next to the passenger lift it quite noise all the night. Can't sleep all th night.

However, staff are generally pleasant and helpful, although it took a few days before the light in our wardrobe was fixed - and this was only because the concierge intervened on our behalf. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The room we had was sligtly smaller than we imagined and the foyer could have had more chairs.
