Selection at Breakfast was poor.

During our check-in we were given a room that is not yet available. When we enter the room using the key given to us by the receptionist we saw luggages still inside the room.

Very good location, walking distance to everything. The toilet needs imporvement. The grout and batroom fixtures need to be replace.

Had bad experience with foul smell throughout the floor the 1st 3 days and they had to switch our rooms. We asked for a concession for those bad days and they refused which was dissapointing.

Service Counter staff should smile more and look at you when you are talking to them. Maybe service will be better if I was a caucasian

There is no 24 hour service. When we came back on the first night (around 10-10:30), we asked if the restaurant was still open. The receptionist said it closes at 9pm. We found out a few days later that it closes at 11pm. It would be nice if The Elizabeth will offer 24 hr room service, even simple dishes only. The room given to us was clean everyday. It could have been better if there were flowers either in the bedroom, since Singapore is known for orchid flowers. It will give a more cozy ambience.

The pool and bar area were very quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Just time for a makeover. Looking a bit rundown, nice buffet breakfast. The bed was kind of worn out! I think the room needs a sofa. Bathroom could use a makeover.

Generally our stay was very pleasant. The staff were friendly & helpfull. Location,little bit far if you walk to Orchard. The accomodation of very good quality but the room are small.
