I checked in assuming that I would be charged for what I was informed over the Internet and as well as what I was told at the time of checking in. I was not told either at the time of booking on the Internet or even at the time of checking in that I would be charged for early checking in at about 10:00 AM. which I informed on my Internet Booking. Calling room service for free coffee can be diificult when you have so many things in mind. Suggest that at the time of check-in to inquire whether one prefers tea or coffee, whether one prefers natural sugar or sweetner so that more of preference could be kept in the room.

Good street parking for visitors meeting hotel guests. Better than any other city hotel in centre of Singapore. Thought the room adiquate for a central city hotel. Peaceful and away from the city traffic,

Wasn't given the room as stated as they have a fullhouse and guests have yet to checkout and was upgraded but not as what is requested. Good enough for one nite stay.

I am not happy with location.The scenery is not so good. Moreover, during my stay, there was a construction work next to my hotel.The swimming pool also too small and was not decorated well. Actually, I am satisfied with room.It is quite big and clean.

Nobody in the hotel answers my call. I cannot even order room service. I have tried everything form housekeeping to receptiomto operator and room service. It takes at least 10 minutes to get my phone answered. No housekeeping to make up my room over my entire stay. Guess we are not important enough as their hotel guest. Not good enough service as a far east hotel. The room initialy allocated was on the renovation floor with heavy paint odour. We had to ask to change rooms.

concierge service was terrible. Check in and out was very slow. Had to wait ten minutes plus before a taxi was called to go to the airport - waited with three other people tv sound wasn't very good. Asked for 1 double bed and was put in a room with two singles

It's a fine hotel They upgraded our rm n it was so small for a 'big'bed n with the xtra bed there was no rm left to move.Wonder what was size was the rm that we were suppose to stay.

Location is superb, which is the most important. You need to improve the freshness, bed and bathroom is clean. A carpet change will dramatically improve your appearance. The first room 15XX (at the end of the corridor right turn from the elevators left hand side) was leaking when it was raing. We asked for room replacement.
