good Hospitality

The hotel is located a short distance to Orchard Road. Restaurant, room , pool and hotel services are very good.
The television does not have many stations in English. Adding CNN, BBC Espn and Star would be very helpful.

Overall the hotel was nice but a bit noisy due to alot of tour ppl staying. Also had a bit of a slow response from the service staff when requesting for towels and etc. So far quite satisfied with the hotel room though a bit small eventhough I got upgraded.

Service requests took several phone calls to achieve required result.

The air conditioning was freezing cold and the control did not work. It was so cold that I had to switch off the air-cond.

Could do with more eating options as it is some walk from others.

Please also provide shuttle bus from and to the airport. Please also provide comb in the bathroom.

The room is quite ok & the staff is helping & friendly very good service. But the room they give us just next to the passenger lift it quite noise all the night. Can't sleep all th night.

Internet facility should be free for a certain period of time, ambience could have been a little brighter and location is a little too far from the main road (Orchard). However, staff are generally pleasant and helpful, although it took a few days before the light in our wardrobe was fixed - and this was only because the concierge intervened on our behalf. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The room we had was sligtly smaller than we imagined and the foyer could have had more chairs.

Overall the hotel was very nice. I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. Food was good. It is alittle far off the beaten path in regards to Orchard and taxis are few and far between, so your to call for a taxi which is an extra expense. The TV systems is lacking. The remote is confusing and you are limited to just a few channels. The bed was a little old and uncomfortable.

should have better interior for the room

The hotel has a strategic location and good place to stay Room is organize and pleasant to stay

Requested for NON-SOMKING but still got smoking room. Ended up getting horrible allergic reaction to the strong stench and needed to seek medical treatment. Still sick as I type this.

The staff are accomodating. One young trainee(male) is especially helpful. I commend him but there's no name tag on his uniform. He's on the slim side and Chinese looking. You should keep him. The tub was not draining but maintenance did temporary solution so we can bathe already.

Internet access costs S$8.40 an hour!
