We are very pleasant stay at The Elizabeth Hotel because the staffs are very kind and helpful... especially when i have a problem setting up wifi connection with my IPAD, the staff is very nice to help me. When we ask to microwave our leftover meal, again the staff is greatly happy to help.... it was a wonderful level of service provided by your staffs, you must be proud of them

stayed for couple days visiting family that was hospitalized nearby the hotel and found the hotel staff was very helpful when I forgot and left my key in the hospital at midnight. Nice yet clean but the room a bit small. Very convinient location, just step away form Orchard road that famous with its shopping mall.

The hotel facilities and cleanliness are good. The location is not too far from the shopping centre. Although it was not a great problem, I hoped that I could get breakfast for the room-rate I paid. Anyway, I recommend this hotel for families who want to spend holidays in a hotel near the heart of the city, but still gives convenience.

Staffs were helpful n courteous. Just to remind that , they need to pay more attention what we request in e-mail. Example:- request for joining rooms. They only realised when we checked in n informed them. Since these requested i had made during my booking .Thank you.

The goo dlocation is the main,or only attraction of this Hotel.It is so easy to go for shopping and for cinema.

But the room cleaning must be improved.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expect a bit high standard.

The stay met my expectations. I needed to be close to Orchard Road Scotts Road for my conference and this hotel provided good value for money and met my needs.
Breakfast was adequate and economical. Breakfast enhancements could be 1) have the guy cook the eggs individually, rather than mass production resulting in cold fried eggs, 2) provide tomato juice.

courteous ,small lobby,well located but a distance uphill by walking.

The hotel did meet my partial expectations as it has quite nice ambience; quiet and peace.

Although we have to walk up a hill distance, but it is considered near Singapore centre of the heart, Orchard, and it is really value for money for a hotel to be located in town area.
I think the hotel is worth of staying for all type of reasons.

The staff service is one of the best thing about this hotel. Excellent service provided by the staff.

My wife accidently left her earrings in the room 30 minutes after we have checked out from the hotel. Fortunately, the front desk was kind enough to allow us back into the room and the items were found.

The major issue during my stay was the distance between the hotel and the nearest amenity.

Don't get me wrong, the hotel is located in the exquisit Mt Elizabeth, Singapore. The major problem was that it rained and rained and rained most of the time during my breif stay at the hotel and therefore walking down to the nearest shopping mall which is 700 meters away seem a challange particularly when carrying my son on one hand and an umbrella on another and a camera case slung over my shoulder.

I will recommend this hotel if only for the price. But be prepared to climb up hill to reach the front desk (literally)

This used to be a nice place to stay , now i would stay away for a while.
Air cond not working properly , dirty windows not able to se out .
Ordered smoking , big bed , was given twin beds and small one on top of that.

Nope at present not to reccomend , but hoping it will find back to old service style and comfort.

The Elizabeth was a good hotel

I recently stayed at the Elizabeth with a friend and I can only say that your hotel and staff were wonderful! We (two ladies) mistook the distance from the local train station and ended up dragging our suitcases all the way! The welcome and help we received was second to none. I can't even begin to tell you how grateful we were for the help and kindness offered by all concerned. We would certainly have caught a taxi from the airport had I not miscalculated.

Our room was lovely, the staff were outstanding, the food was delicious and the pool area was a wonderfully relaxing place to spend a couple of spare hours. Thank you so much for enhancing our stay in Singapore and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Elizabeth to anyone planning a visit.

THE HOTEL IS CLEAN,THE STAFF ARE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.THE LOCATION IS CONVENIENT.

1. Though room inside was clean and well-maintained, glass windows outside was green with algae stuff. Quite shocking really.

2. Room size comfy for two,perhaps plus one kid, not more.

3. For a small hotel, good facilities like gymn, swimming pool. Maintained in good condition.

4. Hotel ambience: small, cosy, warm. Lobby could be improved though and provided with more seats.

5. Staff service efficent, but thought to be a little formal. Would be nice if individually more friendly.

6. Hotel location is convenient even though a short walk is required to reach Orchard Road. A little short-cut through Paragon shopping centre will help to cut down the perspiration.

7. Not bad considering nextdoor hotels are charging more.
