We arrived to the hotel by car, and I didn't find any place not for parking, but even to temporally stop for unloading (hotel is located on the corner of the street). Then after running a circle around the hotel's surrounding blocks, I've found a temporary parking in the front of a building in the beginning of the block, left my wife in the car and enter the hotel. Staff member explained me, that they do not have any place for unloading, and I should try my luck somewhere around the corner, and the long term parking is available 1 or 2 blocks away from the hotel. Everything else was OK.

Nice rooms, but sketchy location, and sketchy service. Good for a short stay. Wouldnt stay alone

The place was very well situated so ou were close to everything, the eaton centre, ryerson university. But the place didn't have any elevators so I had to lug my luggage up the stairs. I was told I could checkin at 12:30pm but when I got there at 1, they said I hasd to wait till 2pm. There was no refrigerator in the room. Overall I was impressed by the rooms but not the staff. Room was really large with all the space you need to unpack. Bathroom was clean. I was impressed by the large TV. It was a good experience. You get a hotel experience without paying double the price.
