The good stuff: convenient location, great beach, pleasant smiling staff,fruit basket in the room, clean bedsheets and private jacuzzi
The bad stuff:
Hate to compare with a similiar Bali resort that we had the opportunity to visit, staff greeted us by our names and assigned one personally to take care of our needs. The ambience of the hotel was what we expected, although the lobby could have been made more pleasant by serving us drinks while waiting to be checked in(although there was no queue, there was one other person checking in and it took a while.) The landscaping could be improved to add a more luxurious garden feel. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, there were dead cockroaches. The breakfast could have been better.

Conclusion: Value for money if the price is around RM500/ night not RM900.

The villa is very nice, provides all the privacy i need but unfortunately the service is very poor. I had to call 5 times and wait for 5 hours before my refrigator was changed. It was not working. The hotel staff should have checked before giving us the room. Secondly, the power supply went off for 2 times. Thirdly, when i phoned the operator to order a bottle of wine, she could not tell me all the information i needed. She had very less knodledge of the menu.

Not a 5 star hotel as per your web page. Most I can give is 1 star. Poor maintenance of the room, many electrical items including phone not working!
