Staff were very friendly! And the area was nice and felt safe! Bathroom was too small! It was very small. Added in the corner of the room! Served its purpose but if you were a large person you would not be able to fit in the "bathroom". Also the sockets in the room kept shorting. The wiring must have been loose!

Didn't know that the hotel has other amenities like dryer, microwave oven, breakfast room, and TV lounge until the end of my stay. I was not told upon check-in of these extra amenities. Not good business.

I booked on the understanding that this hotel had parking.. the smallest en suite i have seen in my life!! it was about 3 ft by 3ft could not move in it!

The hotel actually was terrible, but it was good value for money. However, I expected the room to be en-suite, so the info on the website was a bit unclear. really small, cold, hard bed. not en-suite.

No bathroom available in room makes me very upset when it says so on the internet. It ruined the whole experience and I wouldn't have booked this hotell If I knew.

I guess you get what you pay for, it was very cheap and it was well located. I wouldn't go back but if you are on a very tight budget it might suit you. My room was a triple and had own bathroom, and I was only paying for a single with shared facilities, so that was good, but it wasn't very smart or fresh. My colleague's room was tiny and looked grubby, the bedcover had a cigarette burn. We complained but they wouldn't (or couldn't) offer an alternative room.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I will stay there again. The room was very small but I paid a very small price!!
