Nice view of Kuala Lumpur but pool side should open early about 8am - 8pm

Hotel seems a bit far from any public transport. So use the taxi service. I like that there is a separate dressing table and writing table. Usually hotels combine the two.

DID NOT GET WHAY I ASKED FOR - NON SMOKING RM,BED CONFIGURATION,RMS FAR APART FROM EACH OTHER,GIVEN ONLY JUG TO FILL IN HOT WATER(DO IT YOURSELF) THE ROOMS DECOR ARE QUITE OLD,DOES NOT FIT TO BE A 4 STAR HOTEL.

The room was NOT made up when we arrived. Possibly the hotel were not aware that we were booked in through holiday city. Service was reasonable to poor.

Front line officers were not courteuos enough.They need to be retrained in dealing with customers.Poor customer service. Tissue papers & Newspapers were not provided.Room service was called but no response.Small coachroaches were found in the toilet as well as on the bed.
