Card slot in room did not work properly at times and required fiddling to get lights in room to come on.

swimming pool, accomodation was poor! some small beetles

The only reason I choose this hotel is that it's near the LRT and my relative's hse. I have a good 6 nite stay the first time (26th floor) but got a lousy room (20th floor) the 2nd visit which I have to sleep on the floor. Since it was too late to change the rm when I realised the problems, I jz spend the 1 nite sleeping on the floor. For standard rooms below 20th sty, are very old & used (stained carpet ,furnitures ,sofas) on certain floors. I have to sleep on the floor as bed is too old and air-con is only cool at 15C! Only the Executive floor at 26th floor is of good condition.

The security in the carpark needs to be improved as my tyre valve caps were stolen. There were some stains on the bedsheets

Staff is very helpful and nice. The room is excellent but provision for a disposable toothbrush would be very handy.

Hotel Car Park's floor to wet during rainy days so it is very slippery. Too good to be commented.

We had difficulty getting into the carpark of the hotel with the traffic jam through the narrow lane was not checked by the hotel security.

Good value for money based on the rates available in KL. More frequent maintenance required.

the room is big and spacoius

Service was very poor and slow. Requests were not dealt with promptly Soap was only two small pieces and there was no face towel. The toilets should be cleaner. There should also be an iron in each room

This hotel is the only one and the kind in Malaysia that I know of is; it allows a single guest to check in as early as 5 a.m. especially if the guest is arriving from a plane or a coach, and lets u checks out the following day which is not available anywhere in KL. The rooms have all wooden finishings, and the glowing twin towers is a eye catching sight from the rooms especially in the night. Furthermore lots and lots of information is provided for tourists in the room itself. One could find out about the shopping areas and the rural areas of Malaysia by browsing them. Governmental and embassies information are also readily available right in the rooms. There are also good in-house movies in the TV for the guests especially.

The front desk was good compared to Vistana where we stayed before. The turnaround time is fast. For a budget hotel, I find the room good. Sugges to improve quality of the bathroom.

some things were missing in the room and it took 5 phone calls and 5 hours to bring them to the room

Near to LRT station and easy access to other public trasportation. The room is spacious and in good condition however the mini refrigirator is not functional.

it was small bugs in the rooms. this is not a 4 stars hotel, max 2 stars.

food was good and service was excellent. will stay there at the new room.front desk for check in and out were excellent. very impressive gym. the above is for the 1st stay. we stayed on two separate occassions: 9th. standard room: the hallway could use an upgrade. the room was a normal room. noisy because of the single pane glass. clean. long way to the room from the elevator. 17th upgraded to newly furbish room: very good. very clean and very close to elevator. good value for the money. no complaints there.

The frontdesk is rude to customers and inefficient. It took me 30mins to get checked in Fridge is empty.Jug of drinking water not available - have to request and there is a extra charge bill to the room.

Bathroom was in bad shape.

There are too many cockroaches in the room on level 18. Very unhygienic.

Poor guest relations No floor towel. Dirty running water in bathtub. Carpet stained and dirty. Poor housekeeping services. Towels of poor quality. Atleast 3 lights out of order. Poor furnishings. No cable TV. TV very small. TV reception very poor. Torn bedsheets and bed spread. Pillow covers dirty. Local calls disabled although checked in with credit card.

I stay in the hotel for 1 night and when i woke up the next morning, i found 1 cockroach running and hide under the bed. Hope the housekeeping to ensure no more cockroach in the room.
