COMMON FOOD WAS SERVED FOR BREAKFAST NOT INTERESTING !

This is the cheapest hotel with breakfast included and pool in that area. The pool was well maintained. Breakfast has quite a variety of dishes but if you pay for additional person, it can be expensive. It's an old hotel but the room was large. It's close to major attraction. You can see the twin tower from the hotel. The lift is a bit slow and you need to queue at the reception to stamp your parking ticket - they need to improve this since the receptionist is always very busy. Check out is a bit slow but mainly due to the customers themselves....Overall, it's good value for money.

My stay in this hotel met my expectations, the 2 bedroom executive suite are comfortable for my family. The hotel facilities were excellent. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

With its fair price this hotel provide good services, starting from room and its facilicy. The food is great, we're very helpfull with location its easy to get to our destination. Good for business purpose. Thumb up to dynasty

Hotel is located very close to the Putra Convention centre, a 2 minute walk, so was ideal for my stay in KL.
Close by are most amenities,shopping for food, general items etc.The staff at hotel are very helpful and courteous & the food at the Asean Restaurant is excellent, wide range of culinary delights and very fresh and tasty.The room service and house keeping is very good also.The hotel may be a few years old, but is kept in good clean condition including the roof garden swimming pool also. Keep the good work going.

Hotel stay was good. On check in counter there was less staff to cope up with sudden flow of guests. Housekeeping was not excellent. Overall it meets the baisc requirement but do not come to level of customer satisfaction

The cleanliness of the room is not really satisfy me especially the carpet and furniture. Need extra effort to keep it up. Maybe due to old furniture? The bathroom also need proper clean. Not good for the tourist especially from europe and middle east coz they are very concern about it.

If you want to travel by local trains, you will find its location a bit inconvenient as you must change trains atleast once to (say) to reach the twin towers or the bird park. All types of trains are however available within walking distance. We took two rooms. In one room the facilities were not working properly. These included the digital safe, the main power switch and the bedside switches. The shower had low water pressure. I had to call in maintenance more than once. I kept asking for an iron but room service was unable to provide it on one pretext or another.

hotels in great shape consider of its age. room was on 22nd story with great view of kl skyline. truly enjoyed it.

the reception of the hotel provided the worst services that I 've ever met in my more than 15 years' travelling experience . the safe was on the room but the hotel said it could not be used. how come ?

Request for additional drinking glass was ignored. The first room given to us was real bad - toilet wall dirty, carpet worn out and noisy air con. Request to change to another room with no charge.

The taxi services for city tours made available from the hotel are more expensive than those available outside if hired directly. 1.Water heater in Bathroom did not work sometimes in Morning.

The room is comfortable for the price. They are slightly old but reasonable for the price.

Bathroom need to refurbish. sanitary looks dirty. Wallpaper looks dirty.

Excellent fitness centre, but the location has no shopping or restaurants nearby.
