I chose this hotel for its location, close to the Heathrow express and Paddington Station. I was disappointed that the first room they gave me had no microwave, TV remote and only one plate and pot (no glasses or cutlery). When I asked for dishes and about the microwave, they moved me to a larger room that had all of this. The new room was larger and had all the ammenities that were described on the website. It even had room to put my suitcase on the floor and open it (unlike the first room) The hotel does not have a lounge area and doesn't have check-in until 2:00 pm. This means that it is difficult if you arrive early in the morning from an overseas flight. They will store your luggage in their office for no charge but you need to find something to do for the day. There are no staff on site at night but the front door is locked and can be opened with room keys. There is a number provided to call if you need service at night. I have stayed at similar hotels in the area for a similar price. They usually had staff on 24 hours. I would recommend them before Dylan House but did find Dylan house to provide clean, safe accommodations for a very good price.
