I was suprised when checking in, the hotel reception said they did not receive my booking. Apparently I was quite shock because I have no problem booking with HolidayCity before this. Anway, was given a not so well maintained villa. We are given a totally empty villa with no bathroom accessories, no phone, even the rooms are not properly cleaned, and the location is way out of the hotel amenities.
