I had to tell them about that and I did get a prompt service. But, All these were supposed to be checked before providing the room to the customers. You do not want the customers spend half their day following up with the management.

Centrally located (only if u're driving) at Balok beach between Cherating & Telok Chempedak (near Kuantan town) where u can catch the beautiful (South China Sea east) sunrise in some 10~15mins. Reception staff were friendly & helpful in providing directions & tour info.
