I have stayed at the hotel twice because it's so close to the metro, because the staff is completely accommodating,the rooms are extremely clean, and because the surroundings are like a neighborhood. Left to be desired is a more varied continental breakfast.

The bill was presented to us in French so we could not understand what we were paying for. The bill at the end of the trip was more than we had expected so this was a bit disappointing.

Fizal,the concierge, is a hugo asset to the hotel. He has assisted us on several excursions each time we visit. Breakfast is served daily and is a very pleasant way to start the day. The hotel also has internet service for guests. This is an added convenience for those on the go. European hotel room are always small. However ours was comfortable and suited our vacation needs.

Room allocated was beside lift and stairs and there was noise all night long, requested to be moved to a different room for remainder of trip and this was no problem.
